Job Description

HR Office Coordinator A growing organization is seeking an experienced HR Office Coordinator/Admin to oversee the day-to-day operations of its corporate office. This is a highly visible role that serves as a central point of contact for employees, visitors, vendors, and building partners while ensuring the office operates efficiently and professionally. $30-$32/hr, on-site role, Portsmouth, NH. 6+ month contract, extension potential. Responsibilities Coordinate daily office operations to ensure a productive and organized workplace. Welcome visitors and manage front desk responsibilities. Support office security procedures and building-related activities. Process incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and office shipments. Maintain office, kitchen, and supply inventories while coordinating replenishment. Assist with office moves, workspace setup, and facilities coordination. Schedule meetings, conference rooms, catering, and company events. Partner with internal teams to support administrative projects and operational initiatives. Coordinate with external vendors, building management, and service providers. Identify opportunities to improve office processes and enhance the employee experience. Provide administrative support to leadership and cross-functional teams as needed. Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in office coordination, office management, facilities, or administrative support. Bachelor's degree preferred. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to prioritize competing responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Comfortable coordinating with IT support and office technology. Demonstrated professionalism, sound judgment, and discretion when handling confidential information. Self-motivated, adaptable, and committed to delivering excellent internal customer service.
