Job Description

An investment management firm is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator in Jersey City, NJ to support high-volume interview scheduling, candidate coordination, and day-to-day talent acquisition operations. This role is well-suited for a highly organized professional who can manage competing priorities, communicate clearly, and keep hiring processes moving smoothly.  About the

Responsibilities:
Coordinate high-volume interview scheduling across multiple rounds and panels. Manage candidate flow, interview logistics, and calendar updates with accuracy. Support the talent acquisition team by maintaining process trackers and related documentation. Communicate with recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, and administrative partners to resolve scheduling changes quickly. Use applicant tracking and office systems to pull resumes, send invitations, and keep records current.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in Recruiting Coordination, Human Resources, Administrative support, or a related Coordination role Experience with heavy Calendar Management and high-volume Scheduling Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Outlook / Microsoft Office Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle fast-moving priorities Professional communication skills and comfort interacting with senior stakeholders
Desired Skills:
Experience in the Financial Services or broader Professional Services industry Familiarity with iCIMS, Taleo, or similar recruiting systems Background supporting interview logistics in a fast-paced administrative or events coordination environment Ability to adapt quickly, stay composed under pressure, and manage frequent schedule changes Experience maintaining candidate trackers, inboxes, or coordination workflows
