Human Resources Coordinator

Position Summary We are seeking a talented and professional HR Assistant to join our team. The right candidate will be passionate about all things human resources and understand just what it takes to support a growing organization! Interpret and communicate human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to employees and managers Ensure compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality standards when handling sensitive medical and disability-related information Prepare and maintain employment records related to employee status changes including transfers, promotions, and terminations Partner with benefits team to assist in administration of benefit programs and support the open enrollment process Execute leave of absence processes and maintain consistent communication with employees throughout leave periods Address employee relations matters and support the execution of disciplinary processes in alignment with company policy Process personnel action forms and ensure appropriate approvals are obtained Ensure all employee records are accurately maintained and updated in HR systems

• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (including onboarding and recruiting) to ensure alignment and a seamless employee experience
• Respond to employee inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Assist Human Resources Director and Supervisor with additional HR responsibilities as assigned Requirements 1-2 years of proven experience in an HR Generalist or HR Operations role Experience supporting employee relations, benefits administration, and HR compliance functions Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field required Attain ABA is a fast paced and rapidly growing nationwide ABA company with a primary focus on helping individuals reach their highest potential through high quality ABA Therapy.
