Your expertise will help shape our workforce management strategies and support our commitment to employee development and satisfaction. What you'll do Manage the full cycle of talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Administer employee orientation programs to ensure smooth transitions for new hires. Oversee benefits administration and provide guidance on workers' compensation claims. Conduct performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback sessions. Facilitate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth. Support change management efforts by communicating effectively with all stakeholders. Maintain HRIS (Human Resource Information System) records accurately through data entry and collection. Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns and resolving conflicts promptly. Basic qualifications Strong understanding of human resources management principles and practices. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with employees at all levels. Preferred qualifications Experience with HR sourcing tools Familiarity with payroll systems like ADP or Paychex. Knowledge of OSHA regulations and affirmative action planning requirements. Proficiency in project management methodologies to drive HR initiatives successfully.
