Full-Time, Entry-Level Job Summary A growing manufacturing company is seeking a proactive and organized HR Assistant to support the Human Resources team. This entry-level position is responsible for assisting with employee file management, onboarding, employee support, and various HR administrative functions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, bilingual in Spanish and English, and enjoys supporting employees in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

Employee File Management:

Scan, organize, and maintain employee documents, including new hire paperwork, benefits forms, and personnel records, ensuring files remain accurate and up to date.

Event Support:

Assist with planning and coordinating employee appreciation events, training sessions, and other HR-related activities.

Employee Assistance:

Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding benefits questions, policy inquiries, and general HR-related concerns.

Onboarding Support:

Assist with new hire orientation and ensure all required employment documentation is completed and filed properly.

HR Administrative Support:

Provide administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, data entry, and other clerical tasks.

Front Desk Coverage:

Provide reception coverage as needed by greeting visitors, answering incoming calls, and directing inquiries appropriately.

Compliance Assistance:

Support HR initiatives and assist with maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.

Qualifications Education Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Experience Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.

Previous experience in HR, office administration, reception, customer service, or a related field is a plus. Skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
