Non-exempt / Full-timePosition OverviewThe Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources Department to ensure operational efficiency. They will support department management through a variety of tasks related to screening and onboarding. The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for handling confidential and time sensitive material while familiarizing themselves with a variety of concepts, practices and procedures. They must display effective communication skills via phone call and email to ensure the accurate and timely communication of information while relying on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals with a wide degree of creativity and latitude.
