These individuals will act as an extension of client's the team objectives are customizable to fit the facility needs. Their main focus point is recruiting and to increase retention by being the familiar face that can answer questions and assist with our associates. Job Description The Staffing Assistant is responsible for recruiting, vetting candidates, assisting the contingent population with all questions. These employees are to also assist with all payroll admin responsibilities. They are also responsible to help employees to designated areas, and coaching employees on attendance/performance. This is a fast paced, high-energy position that requires a strong ability in people skills and team building. Job Requirements Excellent People Skills Strong computer experience with databases, EXCEL, WORD, Internet, Email, and other Microsoft programs. Roles The Staffing Assistant is a part of the Focus team to ensure there is a constant flow of applicants to be prepared for any hiring needs and all documents are completed with full compliance. Their job is to get tasks done by using all of the resources available to them, including other employees.
