Job Description

Description As a Human Resources Coordinator, you are responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Human Resources team. This position plays a key role in supporting recruiting efforts, onboarding, employee records management, benefits administration, and general HR processes. The role requires someone that is highly organized, detail-oriented, maintains confidentiality, and is eager to grow within the HR field. Why SendCutSend? What you'll do Coordinate new hire onboarding, including new hire paperwork and orientation materials Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and personnel files Support benefits administration by assisting with enrollments, changes, and employee questions Process employment-related documentation such as status changes, promotions, and terminations Track and maintain compliance documentation (I-9s, training records, certifications, etc.) Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and internal communications Respond to routine employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information Assist with reporting and data entry for HR metrics and audits Assist with full-cycle recruiting support, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience) Basic knowledge of HR principles and employment practices Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion Proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.) Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Ability to effectively handle a broad range of interpersonal contacts, including those at a higher level and those sensitive in nature Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of experience in an HR support or HR coordinator role Knowledge of employment compliance requirements (I-9 verification, record retention, benefits administration) Experience with employee relations, HR reporting, audit support, and maintaining compliant personnel files. Exposure to employee engagement initiatives and internal communications Strong data entry skills with high accuracy Customer-service oriented mindset with the ability to respond to employee inquiries professionally.
