Job Description:
HR Administrator (Bilingual Spanish) - Temp to Perm Overview We are seeking a Bilingual (Spanish) HR Administrator to support day-to-day human resources operations in a fast-paced, onsite environment. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity ideal for an early?career HR professional looking to grow within an HR department and gain hands-on experience across multiple HR functions. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the HR team across core HR functions Assist with onboarding and new hire documentation Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality Serve as a point of contact for employee questions, including Spanish-speaking employees Support HR processes related to compliance, documentation, and internal reporting Assist with general HR coordination and special projects as needed Requirements Bachelor's degree required Must be bilingual in Spanish (spoken and written) Ability to work full-time onsite , Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM Minimum of either : A direct HR-related internship , or 1-3 years of experience in an HR administrative or similar role Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Professional communication skills and ability to handle confidential information
