We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Part Time Human Resources Intern to join our corporate office in downtown Buffalo! This internship provides hands-on exposure to several important areas of HR, including benefits administration, payroll coordination, and general HR operations. It's an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate who wants to develop practical skills while learning from an experienced HR team. Job Functions Provide general administrative support to the Human Resources department Prepare, report, and distribute weekly employee exit interviews Prepare and mail weekly benefit portability notices Upload, code, reconcile, and maintain benefit premium invoices Process weekly 401(k) payroll submissions & enrollment notifications Assist with additional HR projects and administrative duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with professionalism Preferred Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed an associate or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources and gaining hands-on experience in a corporate HR environment Previous administrative, customer service, or HR support experience is a plus, but not required If you're eager to learn, highly organized, and ready to begin building your HR career, we'd love to hear from you.
