Job Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized HR Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior recruiting experience and be comfortable handling multiple hiring tasks in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment process, including posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates. Conduct initial HR interviews and assist hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. Coordinate onboarding and offboarding procedures. Prepare and maintain employee records and HR documents. Assist with payroll and benefits administration as needed. Maintain HR databases and ensure employee information is accurate and up to date. Provide general administrative support to the HR department. Perform other HR-related duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous HR or recruiting experience is required. Experience with recruiting platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn is preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is preferred. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Compensation Competitive hourly pay based on experience. Opportunity for growth into a full-time HR position
