Job Description
HR Administrative Assistant About the Opportunity Our client is seeking a detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant to support the Human Resources team with daily administrative operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about providing exceptional internal customer service. The HR Administrative Assistant will play a key role in supporting onboarding, maintaining employee records, coordinating HR processes, and ensuring that confidential information is handled professionally. Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Human Resources department Coordinate new hire onboarding by communicating schedules, company information, parking instructions, dress code, and other onboarding details Share new hire information with internal departments to ensure a seamless onboarding experience Maintain and update employee records, HR files, and shared documentation Track employee equipment assignments and coordinate returns for departing employees Assist with employee orientation and onboarding activities Create, update, suspend, and reactivate employee system access as needed Maintain employee directories and organizational updates Track employee referral bonuses and incentive programs Assist with performance metric tracking and reporting Support exit interview processes and employee offboarding Prepare recurring reports and other HR-related documentation Respond to general HR inquiries and direct employees to the appropriate resources for benefits, payroll, or compensation questions Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Participate in team meetings and provide additional administrative support as needed Qualifications Previous experience in Human Resources, Administrative Support, Office Management, or a related field Strong organizational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset EB-3308563795
