Job Description

Overview Assists with the day-to-day administration of the Human Resources Department. Provides fast, accurate, and courteous service and receives and directs all people who require information and assistance pertinent to their employment at Family Home Health Care, Inc., the licensed home care service agency for ArchCare. Responsibilities Carries out the agency's mission, philosophy, goals, and objectives within the guidelines of agency policy and the position's function. Fields HR inquiries from office and field staff. Ensures that new care members have passed all new-hire compliance requirements and works with the Onboarding Team to collect all necessary documentation, including certification or licensure, two references, evaluation test results, and CHRC consent; assists with completion of all pre-employment medical requirements. Prepares for and conducts all new-hire orientations. Enters all employee information into the HHA eXchange system. Maintains employee files through ADP DocCloud and in hard-copy files for regulatory surveys. Monitors employee status rosters in HHA eXchange, CHRC, and HCR and processes status changes as necessary. Maintains and communicates e-learning credentials to staff and ensures compliance with e-learning requirements. Tracks and collects compliance items and provides follow-up communication where necessary. Submits and terminates new care members in the Department of Health's Health Commerce System, Home Care Registry, and Criminal History Record Check systems. Participates in employee disciplinary procedures. Maintains the confidentiality of organizational and care member information. Performs all other duties as assigned. Maintains a friendly working atmosphere. Qualifications Associate's Degree (Required) Bachelor's degree (Preferred) Bilingual (Spanish)
Preferred Compensation:
$22.56-$28.21 per hour
