Ensure all HR administrative and clerical duties are performed including employee files, new hire paperwork, and recruiting. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and exercise good judgment due to the nature of the sensitivity of information within the office.
Work Environment:
This is not a remote/telecommunicating position. It is in office only, Monday through Friday, from 830 am to 1 pm.

Main Job Tasks & Responsibilities:
All recruiting responsibilities: Post job openings to various web sites Assists with screening applicant/resumes Coordinating in-person interviews Participate in the hiring decisions based on the cultural fit of a candidate HR administration: Respond to correspondence with various recruiting and temp agencies Assist with On-boarding of all new hires Assist with new hire form completion and application Assist with Off-boarding paperwork and systems Responsible for maintaining all employee files and information.
Experience:
High Level Computer Skills - Microsoft Office, Calendar, Word and Excel 1 - 2 years of human resources related experience

Administrative Writing Skills Maintain a high level of confidentiality and trustworthiness Great written and verbal communication Team player with a positive attitude High level of integrity People oriented skill set; high empathy High energy Must be able to travel between Company Locations when necessary and with little notice if needed Must be able to sit for long periods of time Must be able to work on a computer for long periods of time
Language, Mathematical, and Reasoning Skills:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
