Full Job Description The Essentials:

Schedule:

Full-Time (40 hours per week) I Monday•Friday I 8:00 AM•5:00

PM Location:

Fairlawn, OH (on-site)

Human Resources What You'll Do:

Provides technical and administrative support to the Human Resources Department Serves as a primary resource for employee inquiries Manages the intake and triage of HR questions, ensures timely and accurate guidance, maintains personnel systems and records Supports key HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, benefits, compliance, and employee programs.

What We're Looking For:

Education:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.

Experience:

Three (3) to Five (5) years of demonstrated experience in field or profession preferred. Prior Human Resources experience required.

Skills:

Good organizational and time management skills. Ability to handle data with confidentiality. Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, etc.).
