Administrative Specialist General Reception & Administrative Support Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist employees, customers, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner Manage visitor check-in process using KBR visitor management software Coordinate and schedule conference rooms through Outlook Perform general administrative duties as needed to support office operations Maintain a high level of professionalism when interacting with leaders at all levels Meeting & Coordination Support Support cross-functional communication and coordination efforts Office Operations & Logistics Enter and manage Purchase Requisitions in applicable systems Maintain organization and cleanliness of shared spaces (e.g., breakroom) Monitor and restock snacks, coffee and office supplies Collect, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages Skills & Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Security Coordination:
Printing Access Badges and managing badging software Working closely with Security to enforce Security Measures/Policies Visit Request Liaison, to include classified and foreign national policies
Environmental Health & Safety Coordination:
Keeping up to date on Emergency Response Plans, including active shooter and bomb threat response training

Standard Qualifications Required:
Must be a US Citizen High School Diploma At least 2 years conducting tasks listed above.
