Compensation:
$25.00 - $30.00 / Hourly The Human Resources Coordinator will provide hands-on administrative and operational support to an HR team during a high-priority period. This is a fast-paced role best suited for someone with 1-3 years of HR experience who can hit the ground running, manage competing priorities, and deliver accurate work with minimal oversight. As a Human Resources Coordinator , you will: Support day-to-day HR operations , providing administrative assistance to the HR team across a range of functions Manage onboarding activities , including new hire paperwork and system entry, ensuring a smooth and compliant process Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and integrity Assist with payroll and benefits administration tasks as needed throughout the assignment Respond to employee inquiries in a timely and professional manner, serving as a reliable point of contact Support reporting and data audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable requirements Contribute to process improvements and assist with ongoing HR projects as directed As a Human Resources Coordinator , you have: HR experience: 1-3 years in an HR Coordinator or similar role Organizational skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, service-oriented approach
Technology:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; HRIS experience required
Discretion:
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality and sound judgment

This position is on-site in Brecksville, OH. Qualified candidates must be local or able to commute.
Placement Type:
Temporary Estimated Schedule:
Full-time | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00
