This job is located at our Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio. What Will You Be Doing? Manages administrative logistics and operations supporting the Stores Recruiting Team, including maintaining the ATS and other recruiting technologies Support New Stores by sourcing the appropriate tools and coordinating their delivery to the correct locations Builds and maintains strong cross-functional relationships internally with Home Office associates, our Store's Leaders, and Recruiters around the globe, as well as externally with candidates Collaborate with recruiters and vendor partners to ensure technologies are working correctly Coordinate career fair travel, including booking and enrollment, scheduling and preparing necessary paperwork and supplies Processes invoices, and accurately tracks the Store's Recruiting Team's expenses Promote A&F culture and values through high-quality interactions virtually and in-person Appropriately handle sensitive issues daily, always maintaining confidentiality for associates and candidates Contributing to team objectives by accomplishing related tasks and ad hoc projects What Do You Need To Bring? Attention to detail and accuracy is critical Excellent written and verbal communication Planning and organizational skills; capable of multi-tasking across several projects Previous experience in a transactional data environment Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in MS Office and Excel A collaborative approach to working with cross-functional partners to achieve the vision of the department and organization
