In this role, you will serve as a vital link between management and employees, ensuring smooth HR operations and fostering a positive workplace environment. Your energetic approach will support talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to strategic HR planning and organizational development while maintaining high standards of human capital management. Responsibilities Facilitate employee orientation programs to onboard new hires effectively, ensuring they understand company policies and culture. Manage employee evaluation processes, including performance management systems and regular feedback sessions to promote continuous improvement. Oversee benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and compliance with regulations like FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) and OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration). Maintain accurate data collection and entry in HR databases such as Paychex, UltiPro, or ADP while ensuring data integrity for workforce management reports. Handle employee relations issues with professionalism, employing conflict management skills to resolve concerns effectively while promoting a positive work environment. Experience Proven experience in human resources management or related administrative roles Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday, PeopleSoft, Ceridian, or Taleo for data entry and reporting purposes. Knowledge of benefits administration including workers' compensation processes and affirmative action planning. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization.
