Source top candidates through job boards like Indeed, conduct phone screens, and build a strong caregiver pipeline.

Orientation Guidance:

Oversee the orientation room, guiding prospective hires through online paperwork and sharing what makes Med1Care great.

Team Partnership:

Collaborate with schedulers and hiring managers to gauge candidate fit and streamline onboarding.

What You Bring:
