You'll help keep HR processes running smoothly for teams across warehouse, sales, and corporate positions. $50,000 to $55,000 salary based on experience. What You'll Do Support onboarding/offboarding and ensure state‑specific compliance Help the Benefits Manager with tasks as needed. Assist with employee relations matters, escalating issues appropriately and helping maintain a positive, safety‑driven culture across all locations Help support payroll making sure new hire information is accurate Track state‑specific requirements such as background checks, certifications, and driver qualification files Provide day‑to‑day HR support to employees and managers across locations Answer phone calls and make sure employee files are maintained. What You Bring 1-3 years of HR or administrative experience (multi‑state or construction/warehouse environment a plus) Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) Preferred, but not required. Strong communication and organizational skills High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Ideal Candidate Comfortable Supporting the HR team and the employees across multiple states and work environments Highly Organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail Confidentiality is a must! Approachable, patient, and able to build trust with diverse teams Adaptable and proactive in a fast-moving, multi-location operation
