As our Hiring Coordinator, you'll play a key role in shaping our workforce and helping us attract the people who drive our continued growth. This is an opportunity to build recruiting strategies, develop relationships throughout the organization, and make a visible impact on the future of the company. The Hiring Coordinator manages the full-cycle recruitment process while supporting a broad range of human resources and administrative functions. This position partners with department managers to attract, evaluate, and onboard top talent while ensuring an efficient hiring experience for candidates. In addition, the Hiring Coordinator maintains HR systems, administers employee onboarding and benefits processes, supports compliance initiatives, coordinates recruiting events, and provides cross-functional administrative support as needed. Essential Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Manage full-cycle recruiting for Engineering, Sales, Manufacturing, Mechanical and Electrical Assembly, Parts Department, Field Installation, Accounting, Finance, Management, and other positions as assigned. Create, post, and maintain job advertisements on job boards, company career pages, and social media platforms. Source candidates through online recruiting platforms, networking, career fairs, educational institutions, and community partnerships. Review applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates, and conduct screening calls and interviews. Coordinate the interview process with department managers, including scheduling and facilitation. Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, including status updates, offers, and rejections. Prepare offer letters and hiring documentation. Maintain candidate and recruitment records within the applicant tracking system. Develop creative recruiting strategies to attract qualified talent. Represent the company at career fairs, college recruiting events, and community hiring initiatives. Onboarding & Employee Administration Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including HRIS setup, background checks, required documentation, and orientation. Maintain employee information, organizational charts, and cost center assignments within HR systems. Update onboarding materials and documentation. Manage employee access within company security systems. Maintain the labor resource tracking system. Benefits & HR Support Administer employee benefit enrollments and changes. Coordinate annual health insurance meetings and voluntary benefit enrollment activities. Coordinate semiannual 401(k) informational meetings. Maintain employee referral and sign-on bonus tracking. Assist with performance review administration and evaluation tracking. Maintain employee salary range documentation. Compliance & Reporting Prepare

reporting and other regulatory documentation. File and monitor workers' compensation claims. Maintain HR compliance records as required by applicable regulations. Administrative Support Maintain recruiting metrics and workforce tracking spreadsheets. Develop and update job descriptions as organizational needs change. Coordinate employee morale and recognition activities. Maintain travel logs and coordinate travel arrangements when required. Provide cross-functional administrative support to Purchasing, Service, Engineering, Accounting, and other departments during staff absences, including purchase order entry, parts administration, travel coordination, and invoice processing. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, not required. Experience in full-cycle recruiting and HR administration is a plus but not required. Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms is a plus but not required. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and confidentiality when handling employee information. Ability to build relationships with managers, candidates, employees, and external partners. Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team
