The Temporary HR Administrative Assistant will support a short-term HR project focused on modernizing and digitizing employee records. This position will be responsible for reviewing, scanning, organizing, and updating personnel files to ensure completeness, compliance, and accurate digital storage. What You'll Do:
Review existing employee personnel files for completeness and accuracy. Sort, organize, and prepare documents for scanning and digitization. Scan and upload employee records into the company's secure digital storage system. Properly label, categorize, and file digital documents according to HR standards. Identify missing, outdated, or incomplete documents and flag them for HR leadership. Maintain confidentiality in compliance with company policy and all state/federal regulations. Assist HR with general administrative tasks as needed throughout the project. Ensure all tasks are completed within project deadlines and quality expectations. Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
High School Diploma or GED 1+ year of administrative, HR support, or records management experience. 4+ years of manufacturing experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing or production environment 2+ years of experience in interpreting technical drawings & specifications 2+ years of experience in operating a computer and Microsoft Office software applications

Previous administrative or HR experience Experience working with confidential information Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and follow structured processes. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Basic proficiency using scanners, computers, and digital file systems. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data with integrity. Comfortable working in an HR office environment with physical filing systems.
Additional Information:
Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check. Frequent sitting, standing, and walking. Be able to lift and carry file boxes up to 20 lbs.
