Description Join our amazing team as a Recruiting Assistant! At EHCA, we assist people with disabilities to live rich and fulfilling lives. We provide compassionate, therapeutic, and medical support to individuals of all ages and all levels of disability while enabling them to live with purpose and dignity. We support each person in having the opportunity to make choices and contribute to their daily lifestyle with quality caregivers. We are seeking an outgoing, detail-oriented person who quickly builds rapport with others to support our employee recruiting efforts. Duties for this opportunity include analyzing resumes and applications, screening applicants, scheduling interviews and managing follow up for vacant positions. This position is 25 hours per week. Candidates should be comfortable working semi-independently and have these skills: Proficient communication skills, written and verbal.
Confident phone skills and the initiative to contact applicants.
Sharp attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize.
