This position will ensure the timely and accurate entry of all employee data at the HR Support Center while collaborating with and servicing team members across the destination. Job Duties (Duties marked with an asterisk are essential functions of this job): Complete all aspects of employee data entry, including new hire, rehire, transfers and secondary job code requests; and properly maintain accurate employee records Monitor and approve employee changes via our employee portal through UKG Complete daily/weekly/monthly audits and reports to ensure our employee records are accurate and up to date Partner with Payroll and Compensation to ensure that job codes and rates are accurate and up to date Submit monthly reports to the Social Security Administration for verification of employee information. Verify correct information for employee records that do not match the SSA record Oversee the company's work permit process, ensuring work permits are completed, entered and filed and hire and term notification letters are sent to the school districts in compliance with Child Labor Laws Partner with Payroll to ensure employee federal and local taxes are being reported correctly and proper documentation is on file Partner with internal team members to manage the onboarding and entry process for IATSE team members Assist with processing offer letters, reviewing hiring manager details, confirming acceptances, and sending out paperwork.• Participate in HE&R Hiring events, assist with the HR Support call center, and assist the HR Team with processes, projects, or office duties as needed.• Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
18 years of age or older. Minimum of 2 years of related experience. Minimum of 1 year of related office experience; preferably in Human Resources. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Customer Service environment. Completion of high school or
GED Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word. Proficient working with details on a daily basis for prolonged periods of time. Minimum of 1 years of experience working with an HRIS system and/or an Applicant Tracking System preferred Skilled in the use of Google Suite, including Gmail, Google Docs, and Google Sheets. Must be able to prioritize multiple tasks.
