Assist with recruiting by posting jobs, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, preparing offer letters, and managing pre-employment paperwork. Coordinate new hire onboarding, orientation, and benefits enrollment while supporting offboarding activities. Maintain employee records, HR databases, and HRIS information with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality. Process I-9 documentation and E-Verify while ensuring compliance with employment regulations. Assist with workers' compensation administration, unemployment responses, employee communications, and HR projects. #Lancaster10 Qualifications for the Human Resources Coordinator include: High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred. Minimum of 1 year of Human Resources experience (manufacturing experience is a plus). Bilingual in English and Spanish is required. Experience with HRIS and/or payroll systems preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee matters professionally. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. EOE
