Job Description

Description We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support hiring efforts for entry-level positions in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who communicates confidently, stays organized, and can manage candidate interactions effectively. The role will focus on screening talent, coordinating recruiting activity, and keeping hiring workflows moving efficiently for both applicants and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage inbound phone inquiries from candidates and stakeholders, documenting messages accurately and routing information appropriately.
  • Build a strong understanding of entry-level hiring needs across functions such as warehouse operations, stocking, and inside sales.
  • Evaluate applicant backgrounds, conduct initial screening activities, and present candidates with relevant experience for further consideration.
  • Review job requisitions for accuracy, make necessary updates, and prepare documentation needed for approvals.
  • Maintain prompt, clear communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Use applicant tracking systems to record recruiting activity, organize candidate information, and support process consistency.
  • Assist with interview coordination, sourcing support, and other recruiting or administrative duties as business needs require. Requirements
  • Experience supporting full-cycle recruiting activities in a corporate or high-volume hiring environment.
  • Ability to source, screen, and assess candidates for entry-level and operational roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with an attentive phone manner.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and maintaining accurate recruitment records.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience conducting interviews and making candidate recommendations to hiring teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to timely follow-up with candidates and internal partners.
