Salary:
$50,000-$60,000 | Fully Onsite About the Company Established professional organization with a collaborative team environment Opportunity to support both Human Resources and day-to-day office operations Fast-paced role with exposure to a variety of HR and administrative projects HR Administrator Responsibilities Provide administrative and HR support to leadership and the HR team, including confidential records and correspondence The HR Administrator will coordinate recruiting, onboarding, orientation, training, and offboarding activities Schedule meetings, interviews, events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities Maintain organizational charts, HR records, surveys, reports, and project tracking Support office operations, including supplies, catering, mail, conference rooms, and general organization The HR Administrator will prepare reports, presentations, training materials, and other documents for leadership and staff Coordinate logistics and materials for company meetings, training events, and staff sessions The HR Administrator will communicate with employees, clients, vendors, and outside partners while providing professional front-office support Qualifications of the HR Administrator Role Associate degree in Business or related field; Bachelor's degree preferred 2+ years of HR administrative experience supporting senior leadership Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Excellent organization, communication, and project coordination skills Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to handle confidential information Working knowledge of general HR practices and processes EB-4784761616
