Job Description

Job Purpose:
The Human Resource Department manages the employee life cycle while aligning company goals and supporting employees' success. Responsibilities and Duties Recruitment posting, communications, follow-ups Onboarding and training support Benefit enrollment and maintenance tracking Compliance in federal, state and local labor laws and regulations Ability to work in multi-state workforce environments Performs other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by direct report and/or Executive Management. Requirements Pass Drug Test and Criminal Background Check that is required and best business practice(s) of CSI and client(s). Insurable by CSI's auto insurance company Maintain valid driver's license and have reliable transportation for casework. Maintain all necessary forms of ID are required to be obtained and maintained to travel by vehicle or commercial airlines. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Alignment with diligent compliance to represent CSI's core values, work environment and services for clients' needs Excellent verbal and writing communication skills Technology fluent Project management; multi-tasking Emotional Intelligence; Data-Driven Decision Making Confidentiality and integrity Ability to support rapid organizational growth and workforce scaling. Physical Environment/Demands Ability to travel by car. Indomitable work ethic and the willingness to work additional hours as needed. Perform light work - exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. See, hear, talk and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity and visual acuity; kneel, sit, stand, walk, crouch, stoop, reach, pull, push and other similar, repetitive tasks requiring physical activity. Able to operate standard office/computer equipment.
Education and Experience Minimum Required:
High School diploma or equivalent 5+ years' experience in human resources, recruitment, or business administrative support. Pay:
$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
