The HR Administrator will support recruiting efforts, coordinate onboarding activities, and maintain accurate employee records across multiple eastern U.S. locations. This role plays a key part in ensuring a smooth hiring process while maintaining compliance and supporting overall HR operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

  • What You'll Do:
  • Support recruiting efforts by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and tracking applicant progress in Workday.
  • Assist with onboarding by preparing new hire materials, processing paperwork, and ensuring timely completion of pre-employment requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant employee records, including personnel files and documentation such as I-9s.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations, including E-Verify requirements.
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and support site and community events.
What You'll Bring:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, recruiting coordination, or administrative support.
  • High School Diploma required.
What Sets You Apart:
  • Associate's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of employment compliance requirements, including I-9, E-Verify, and labor laws.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using an HRIS such as Workday.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills with high attention to detail.
