Job Summary:
The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for supporting various HR functions and ensuring efficient HR operations within the community.
Essential Duties:
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of new team members Maintain employee records with accuracy Support benefits administration and payroll processes Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns Assist with HR projects, employee engagement, and compliance initiatives
Related Experience:
1year of HR or administrative experience preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Knowledge of HR best practices, confidentiality, and compliance A positive, approachable attitude with a passion for helping others
Education or Degree Requirement:
Minimum 2-year degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, Bachelor's degree in HR or business preferred
Licenses, Certifications, Registrations:
PHR/SPHR
