Job Description

The Recruiting Coordinator will support the recruiting team throughout the candidate identification, engagement, and interview process. This role will be responsible for sourcing qualified candidates, maintaining candidate pipelines, coordinating interviews, managing recruiting communications, and ensuring a positive candidate experience from initial outreach through the hiring process.

Philadelphia, PA (on-site)
Salary:
$28.00 - $30.00 per hour Key Responsibilities Source and identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, ATS databases, social media, referrals, and other recruiting channels Review resumes and applications to assess candidates against position requirements Maintain consistent follow-up with candidates and keep them informed throughout the recruiting process Coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers, including scheduling and calendar management Enter and maintain accurate candidate information, notes, dispositions, and activity within the ATS Assist recruiters with job postings, candidate tracking, resume formatting, and submission processes Assist with background checks, reference checks, offer documentation, and other pre-employment activities as needed Support onboarding coordination and ensure required paperwork is completed accurately and timely Provide a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting lifecycle Qualifications 1-3+ years of experience in recruiting, recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, and/or sourcing Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Strong attention to detail and follow-through Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel Experience with an ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, or other recruiting technology preferred Professional, personable, and service-oriented approach LA123
