The High School Football Recruiter will be responsible for Assisting Recruiting Coordinator with school's football recruiting efforts, with a primary focus on identifying prospective student-athletes, building relationships with families and coaches, and creating opportunities for talented athletes to join the program. This position will play a key role in expanding the football program's recruiting pipeline and strengthening relationships with high school, youth, club, and collegiate football networks. Responsibilities Conduct candidate sourcing through social media marketing (recruitment), job boards, campus recruitment events, and external recruiting channels to attract diverse talent pools. Manage relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external recruiting agencies to streamline communication and improve hiring outcomes. Requirements No experience needed .Just a passion for Football. Ability to handle high-volume recruitment campaigns efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Experience with social media marketing (recruitment), employee orientation, employee evaluation, and employee relations is preferred.
