Onsite Overview The Human Resources Administrator is responsible for providing Human Resources support to assigned functional areas of the HR department for the Company. Principally responsible for the monitoring and first point of contact for I-9 and E-Verify Program. This role provides administrative support to human resources function as needed including auditing, data entry, record keeping, and file maintenance. Responsibilities Monitor and ensure accuracy of I-9 and E-Verify programs for all hires, including rehires, to ensure employment eligibility following federal and state requirements.
Track, monitor, and audit Form I-9 and E-Verify compliance, identifying and addressing exceptions.
Respond to inquiries via email in the I-9 and HR mailboxes and support field personnel with procedural questions regarding I-9 and E-Verify.
Notify and coach personnel on I-9 and E-Verify requirements, providing training to new and current staff as needed.
Assist with internal HR audits, recordkeeping, and file maintenance, including off-site storage preparations.
Attend departmental meetings and contribute to team initiatives and projects.
Perform additional clerical and administrative tasks as assigned by the Human Resources Manager.
Audit HR entries in ADP Enterprise HR EV5 system as necessary.
Requirements
2 to 3 years of prior experience in a Human Resources environment.
Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong attention to detail and high-quality data entry skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt to changing work demands.
Familiarity with I-9 and E-Verify requirements; experience with ADP Systems or EV5 is a plus.
