Job Description

Pittsburgh area company in need of a candidate with excellent administrative and organizational skills to support their Human Resources team with a wide range of departmental functions.
Duties to include:
Heavy scheduling and calendar management of interviews Support onboarding processes and new hire documentation Manage employee records and data entry within HRIS system Assist with benefits enrollment, changes and related Support training & development programs, report generation and variety of related administrative and general clerical support duties
Requirements:
2+ years of like administrative support experience; within an H.R. setting is a plus. Professional verbal and written communication skills Proficient MSOffice skills with heavy usage of Outlook for calendaring Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in data entry and contract administration. Proven ability to handle confidential information Team player willing to help wherever needed
