Job Description
Robert Half is partnering with a well‑established organization in the Lehigh Valley that is seeking an HR Assistant to support their growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is detail‑oriented, people-focused, and eager to grow within the HR function. The HR Assistant will play a key role in recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding—ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and employees.
Key ResponsibilitiesPost internal and external job openings across various platformsScreen resumes and coordinate interviews with hiring managersConduct phone screens and assist with candidate communication throughout the hiring processMaintain applicant tracking updates and ensure accurate documentationPrepare and send new hire paperwork and offer lettersCoordinate pre-employment requirements, background checks, and clearancesConduct first‑day orientations and ensure new hires have the resources they needAssist with setting up employee profiles in HR systemsProcess termination paperwork and exit documentationSchedule exit interviews and assist with final payroll and benefits stepsMaintain employee files and ensure compliance with company policies
