Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team in various administrative functions. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency of our operations by managing day-to-day administrative tasks, facilitating communication, and providing support to our workforce management initiatives. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment. Duties Assist with employee orientation and onboarding processes to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company culture. Support human resources functions, including maintaining employee records and assisting with employee relations matters. Help manage workforce management tasks, including scheduling and tracking attendance. Participate in strategic planning sessions to align administrative functions with organizational goals. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to employee performance and HR initiatives. Provide general administrative support, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and organizing files. Skills Strong understanding of employee orientation processes and workforce management principles. Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with employees at all levels. Ability to think strategically and contribute to planning initiatives within the organization. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software applications.
