Job Description
Administrative Assistant Reading, PA based non-profit Agency seeks a part-time Human Resources Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative support. This is a permanent position primarily working on-site Monday through Friday daytime hours. Qualifications Associate's Degree or equivalent degree preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent required Three years minimum prior experience in an advanced administrative or managerial capacity required Highly proficient with Microsoft Office products (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Google applications (Docs, Spreadsheets, etc.), and virtual platforms (Zoom, Google Meets, Microsoft Teams, Webex, etc.) Required Excellent written & verbal communication skills Required Ability to communicate in a professional manner Required Strong time management skills Required Strong organizational skills Required Confidence in dealing with difficult situations Required Ability to maintain confidentiality Required Accomplished and effective customer service Preferred Must be/possess: Excellent communication skills Exceptional organizational skills Superb professionalism Outstanding collaborative skills Willingness to learn Excellent organization and time management skills Attention to detail skills Self-Motivated Creative and innovative Interpersonal skills Flexible Diplomatic Must be able to: Use discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times Speak and write in a sharp, succinct, and positive manner Use professional and proper grammar, spelling, and punctuation Forge relationships with the CEO, Executive staff, and their support team while conducting business Interact in a positive manner that is efficient yet friendly Actively listen to other people's concerns, ask questions, and be able to properly and diplomatically share those concerns at all times Multitask in an organized manner Prioritize and complete tasks timely and effectively Interact with all levels of an organization on a regular basis Treat everyone with respect, as well as remain even-tempered in all situations Produce well-thought-out ideas
