    On behalf of our financial client, Procom is searching for an Early Talent Coordinator
  • Onboarding/Campus Events for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client's Jersey City, NJ or Manhattan, NY office. Early Talent Coordinator

    The role involves supporting recruiters with interview scheduling, onboarding new hires, and organizing university campus recruitment events. This position is crucial in ensuring smooth operations in talent acquisition and campus engagement activities. Early Talent Coordinator

  • Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate candidate in-person and virtual interviews, including scheduling and logistical management
  • Manage candidate expenses and travel arrangements
  • Assist in booking spaces and organizing events on university campuses
  • Create event invitations, resume bundles, and interviewer packets
  • Lead intern and analyst onboarding and liaise with stakeholders
  • Plan and execute Early ID Programs and Summer Internship Programs
  • Conduct ad hoc research on universities and assist with job postings Early Talent Coordinator

  • Mandatory Skills:
  • Degree in Human Resources or currently pursuing one
  • 2 years of experience in an HR-related support/coordination role
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong internet skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical skills Early Talent Coordinator
