RESOURCES / HR POSITION SUMMARY
Provides HR support across employee relations functions, assisting with interpretation and application of organizational policies in alignment with federal and state employment regulations. Assists with coordinating and/or administering processes—including corrective actions, investigations, leave administration, and separations - ensuring consistency, compliance, and risk mitigation. Coordinates with the Employee Relations team to support their role as a trusted advisor to leadership by analyzing sensitive situations, making sound recommendations, and maintaining accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.
REQUIREMENTS EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Public Administration, Human Resources, Political Science, or related field; OR high school diploma/GED plus four years' experience as a PMS site administrator or four years human resources experience may substitute for degree.
- Minimum one year additional human resources experience or one year additional experience as a PMS site administrator.
- Computer experience required; proficiency with spreadsheet, database & word processing programs.
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination and protected leave benefits etc.
