Job Description

Adecco is assisting a local client by recruiting Executive Admin III opportunities in Cupertino, CA(Hybrid Role).   • Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level executive support for up to two senior leaders with demanding schedules and globally visible responsibilities. This includes proactive and strategic calendar management, dynamic schedule monitoring, meeting coordination, travel support, and liaison duties with senior internal and external stakeholders.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for building and operational needs, including process development, hardware and supply management, distributing team communications, partnering with facilities and onsite teams to maintain functional workspaces, and supporting space planning through seating assignments and audits.
  • Demonstrate flexibility, strategic thinking, and strong problem‑solving skills to effectively navigate evolving support needs.
  • Collaborate and support peer administrative contractors to ensure smooth team operations.
  • Plan and execute team offsites, onsite meetings, and internal events.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with supported leaders and their teams.
  • Partner with globally distributed administrative and functional teams to drive coordinated support.
  • Work onsite at least three days per week, with the ability to be onsite up to five days per week based on business needs.
  • Required Skill
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant supporting VP‑level or higher; experience in the technology sector strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage highly complex calendars and proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts.
  • Experience planning, coordinating, and executing large-scale events.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Ability to remain calm, organized, and focused under pressure, with the flexibility to adjust priorities quickly.
  • Proficiency in productivity tools, including scheduling and spreadsheet applications.
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
