POSITION SPECIFICS
The Pennsylvania State University Office of Budget and Finance invites applications for the position of a Finance Support Coordinator to support financial operations within University Libraries and Human Resources.

The coordinator will serve as the liaison between these units and the centralized finance hubs to ensure that unit financial needs are understood, routed appropriately, and resolved efficiently. The Finance Support Coordinator will have a broad range of responsibilities, including but not limited to: Supporting the Financial Strategic Partner and Analyst with financial transaction coordination Assisting department stakeholders to navigate financial processes, policies, and systems by serving as the primary point of contact for financial inquiries from units, escalating and coordinating requests as needed Providing financial information for transaction initiation Monitoring the status of submitted requests and ensuring timely resolution Supporting preparation of documentation, data gathering, and coordination efforts as needed for forecasting, planning, or financial reviews Ensuring department staff understand how to access financial services, use self-service tools, and comply with institutional financial practices This position offers a flexible work arrangement that combines remote and on-campus work. MINIMUM EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE & REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS
If filled as Finance Support Coordinator - Senior Support, this position requires: Associate Degree 4+ years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience accepted
Required Certifications:
None If filled as Finance Support Coordinator - Intermediate Support, this position requires: General Equivalency Diploma (GED) or High School (HS) 2+ years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience accepted

Employment with the University will require successful completion of background check(s) in accordance with University policies. The salary range for this position, including all possible grades, is $38,300.00 - $61,000.00.
