Permanent Apply for this job now Job Description Are you an experienced HR professional ready to lead a high-performing team and shape the future of HR service delivery? Our client is seeking to appoint an HR Administration Team Leader to oversee a busy HR Admin function, leading a team of 8 and ensuring the delivery of accurate, compliant, and customer-focused HR services across the full employee lifecycle. Lead, coach and develop the HR Administration team. Manage HR operations including onboarding, contracts, employee changes, absence management, leavers and compliance. Act as the escalation point for HR administration queries and provide expert guidance. Drive service excellence through KPI and SLA management Improve processes, enhance employee experience and support HR system developments. Ensure compliance with employment legislation, GDPR, Right to Work and company policies. About You Proven experience within HR Operations or HR Shared Services. Previous leadership experience managing and developing teams. Strong knowledge of the employee lifecycle and UK employment legislation. Excellent stakeholder management, organisation and problem-solving skills. CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualification desirable.
