Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant to join our human resources team. In this vital role, you will support a wide range of HR functions, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication across the organization. Your energetic approach and organizational skills will help foster a positive workplace environment, streamline HR processes, and contribute to the overall success of our talent management initiatives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your HR expertise while making a meaningful impact on our team. Duties Manage and maintain human resources information systems (HRIS) and reporting. Assist with talent acquisition activities, including sourcing candidates through ATS platforms, scheduling interviews, and supporting onboarding processes such as employee orientation and benefits administration. Support employee relations efforts by coordinating performance management programs, employee evaluations, and training & development initiatives. Prepare and process employment contracts, amendments, and other HR documentation with precision and confidentiality. Facilitate compliance with employment laws such as
FMLA, OSHA
regulations, workers' compensation procedures, and affirmative action planning requirements. Contribute to project management tasks related to organization design, change management initiatives, succession planning, and workforce management strategies. Assist in data collection for HR analytics, reporting on key metrics related to talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR sourcing efforts. Requirements Proven experience in administrative roles within human resources or related fields; familiarity with HRIS systems is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of human capital management practices including talent acquisition, employee evaluation, benefits administration, and performance management. Understanding of employment & labor law compliance including
FMLA, OSHA
standards, workers' compensation policies, and affirmative action planning. Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining professional rapport with employees at all levels. Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in data entry, report generation, and using platforms Ability to adapt quickly to new HR technologies and stay current with industry best practices in human resources management. 2 years HR experience is required Join us as an HR Administrative Assistant where your enthusiasm for organizational excellence will help shape a thriving workplace!
