What You'll Do:
The Human Resources Administrator supports the daily operations of the HR department with a strong focus on payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee records management. This role works across multiple HR functions—including onboarding, offboarding, compliance, reporting, and employee support—to ensure HR processes are accurate, efficient, and aligned with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Your Impact:
In this role, you'll be a trusted resource for employees and leaders, helping ensure payroll is processed accurately and employees receive timely support. Your attention to detail and commitment to compliance will help protect the organization from risk and ensure a positive employee experience. By supporting onboarding, benefits, reporting, and performance initiatives, you'll directly contribute to employee engagement, operational efficiency, and organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
Process bi-weekly payroll, including commissions, and maintain accurate payroll records within Paycor. Support employee onboarding, offboarding, promotions, and employee inquiries with a focus on timely, friendly service. Administer employee benefits, including enrollments, changes, open enrollment, and 401(k) coordination. Ensure HR compliance through audits, I‑9 verification, E‑Verify processing, and regulatory reporting (EEO‑1, ACA, etc.). Generate HR reports such as overtime, total hours, compensation statements, and bonus reports. Maintain HR documentation, SOPs, job descriptions, and support process improvement initiatives.
Position Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience. HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM‑CP, or SHRM‑SCP) preferred.
Work Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience processing payroll in an online HRIS environment. Experience using Paycor HCM software strongly preferred.
Your Skills:
Strong working knowledge of payroll, HR operations, and employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO). Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust across the organization. High degree of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality. Excellent organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills. Bilingual in Spanish preferred, with the ability to support Spanish‑speaking employees across HR processes.
