Come Together at Kapco Video HR Assistant - Kapco Grafton, WI We are looking for a professional and detail-oriented HR Assistant with Receptionist duties to support the HR department and manage front-office activities. This hybrid role involves assisting with various human resources functions while also serving as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a smooth operation of both the HR office and front desk. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude. Primary Responsibilities Assist with the day-to-day operations of the HR team.
Provide support and perform a variety of functions that include but are not limited to payroll, benefits, onboarding, training records, personnel, and safety.
Serve as a resource for employee questions, concerns, requests, and information.
Prepare new hire orientation materials and assist with new hire orientation.
Track weekly timekeeping, including creating and sending disciplinary forms to leaders as needed.
Process vendor invoices accurately and obtain necessary approvals.
Reconcile and enter corporate credit card transactions.
Coordinate employee gifts and recognition programs, including organizing gift deliveries for birthdays, work anniversaries, holidays, and other special occasions.
Manage uniform distribution, including paperwork and reconciling invoices.
Support the HR Team in all areas of HR as needed.
Maintain employee records and file systems.
Comply with all applicable Federal, State and local laws, as pertaining to human resources.
Other duties as assigned.
