Responsibilities for HR Assistant II include but are not limited to:
Answer and manage inbound employee and HR-related calls.
Provide accurate information, assistance, or proper routing to relevant teams.
Deliver a high-quality customer service experience in every interaction.
Partner closely with the Payroll team to address employee inquiries.
Respond to payroll-related questions and guide employees toward resolution.
Ensure accurate escalation and follow-up of payroll issues.
Maintain and document employee data changes in HR systems.

Pay Details:
$22.
