Role Overview The HR Coordinator is the operational engine behind People Operations at Colure Health. This role supports recruiting, onboarding, compliance, employee documentation, and day‑to‑day HR administration. You will work directly with the Chief People & Privacy Officer to maintain clean governance, zero drift in documentation, and consistent execution of HR and compliance workflows. This is not a passive administrative role — it's for someone who thrives in structured environments, loves process accuracy, and understands the stakes of HR in a healthcare MSO.•What You'll Do Maintain accurate employee records, digital files, and compliance documentation across multiple states Support onboarding workflows: background checks, credentialing coordination, I‑9 verification, training assignments, and system access Assist with recruiting operations: scheduling interviews, managing ATS hygiene, coordinating candidate communication Track and maintain required healthcare compliance items (licenses, certifications, training renewals, attestations) Support payroll preparation with clean data entry and timely updates Maintain HR SOPs, templates, and documentation with strict version control Coordinate benefits enrollment, changes, and employee inquiries Assist with employee relations documentation and policy communication Prepare weekly HR reports for leadership (headcount, onboarding status, compliance status) Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and regulatory alignment at all times•What Makes You a Strong Fit 1-3 years of HR, People Ops, or administrative experience (healthcare preferred but not required) Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple workflows simultaneously High attention to detail and zero tolerance for sloppy documentation Familiarity with
HRIS/ATS
