Job Summary Conducts phone screening of potential candidates using an established checklist to ensure minimum qualifications are met. If qualified, schedules interviews, posts appointments to hiring staff member's calendar, and forwards relevant documentation. Returns unqualified candidates' documents to HR Coordinator. Upon receiving instructions from the hiring staff member, sends out standardized offer letter and summary of benefits to selected candidate. Submits all completed documentation to HR Coordinator. Maintains communication with HR Coordinator, hiring staff member, and candidates to keep them informed of hiring process and job opening status. Sends out interview reminders and responds promptly to inquiries. Tends front desk.

Hybrid Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma/GED, and be proficient with the use of Google Software, the internet and printer/scanner.
