In this role, you will be the vital link connecting our organization's strategic goals with effective human capital management. You will coordinate a wide range of HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee onboarding, performance management, benefits administration, and employee relations. Duties Facilitate talent acquisition processes by sourcing candidates through ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and conducting interviews to identify top talent. Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into the organization. Support performance management initiatives by assisting with employee evaluations, goal setting, and development plans aligned with organizational objectives. Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, workers' compensation, and retirement plans using platforms such as ADP or Paychex. Maintain accurate HR data entry and records management within HRIS systems like Oracle HCM or SAP SuccessFactors to ensure data integrity and compliance. Assist in employee relations efforts by addressing workplace concerns, managing conflict resolution processes, and supporting positive communication across teams. Contribute to HR projects related to change management, organization design, succession planning, and affirmative action planning to support long-term strategic growth. Requirements Proven experience in human resources management or administrative roles within HR environments. Strong knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, workers' compensation procedures, and compliance standards. Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday, UltiPro, Kronos, or PeopleSoft; experience with payroll systems like Paychex or ADP is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders and foster positive employee relations. Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to organize tasks efficiently while managing deadlines. Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining confidentiality at all times. Proficiency in data collection, reporting tools like Salesforce or Oracle HCM, and social media management for recruiting purposes is a plus.
